A camp is a short programme with a long to-do list — fill the places, take the money, staff the sessions, know who is on site at any moment, and hand every child back to the right adult at four o’clock. Ligue handles the sign-ups, the instalments, the staffing and the check-in, so a week of camp runs on a phone rather than a ring binder.
Run a one-week camp, a Saturday clinic or a block of half-days, each with its own dates, age group, capacity and price. Short programmes need short forms, so you ask what matters — age, level, allergies, emergency contact, who is allowed to collect — and nothing else.
Take the fee at sign-up by card, ACH or Apple Pay, or split it across instalments for a family booking several weeks. A camp that fills shows as full and takes a waitlist instead, which is easier than telling a parent on the Monday morning that there is no place.
Assign staff to sessions and age groups so everyone knows which room they are in and you can see your ratios before the week starts. Coaches and volunteers are invited with their own accounts and their own level of access, and every adult can be background-checked from the same record.
Check children in with a scan at drop-off and you have a timestamped record of who is on site rather than a sheet being passed between two doors. The same scan is the session’s attendance, so nothing is recorded twice and the question “did my child arrive?” has an answer.
Nobody judges a camp on the curriculum. They judge it on drop-off, pick-up and whether anyone knew where their child was.
A hundred children arriving in fifteen minutes, checked in by two volunteers with phones, with the list staying consistent because both are writing to the same session.
Collected at sign-up, held against the child, and visible to the staff you gave access to — rather than on a form in a folder in the office.
How many children are actually in each session, and how many adults are with them. Visible as the week runs rather than reconstructed afterwards for a report.
Who is allowed to collect each child, collected at registration and available to the person at the door. It is the detail parents remember.
Yes. Each camp or clinic is its own programme with its own dates, age group, capacity and price, and they can all be open for registration at the same time.
It shows as full and takes a waitlist instead of a booking, so you are not removing children from a session later or turning a family away on the morning.
Yes, where you offer it. A family booking several weeks of camp can spread the cost rather than paying the whole summer up front.
A phone at the door scans each child in, and the arrival is timestamped against the session. Several staff can scan at once at different entrances and the live list stays consistent.
On the child’s record, collected at sign-up, visible to the staff roles you have given access to. They are not sitting in a folder somebody has to go and find.
Yes. Attendance and staff assignments are both against the session, so you can see how many children and how many adults are in each one as the week runs.
Register in minutes, or book a walkthrough and we'll tailor it to the way you already run things.
