A page that fills your programs

Most people meet your organization on a phone, once, at an awkward moment. Every organization on Ligue gets a public page — what you run, when it opens, what it costs — with registration built into it, so the click that turns interest into a paid sign-up does not lose people to a PDF or a form on somebody else’s website.

How Landing Pages works

Public showcase

Show what your organization actually offers: the programs that are open, the age groups they serve, the dates they run and what they cost. It is the page you send when somebody asks “how do I get my daughter into soccer?” — and it answers the question rather than sending them to an email address.

Registrations built in

Registration is on the page, not behind it. A parent reads about the program, taps register, fills in the form, accepts the waiver and pays — in one sitting, on the phone they are already holding. Nothing is downloaded, printed, scanned or mailed, and nobody is lost between the interest and the sign-up.

On when you want it

You control when it is live. Open the page when registration opens, close a program when it fills, run an early-bird price and let it end on its own date. Families see what is genuinely available right now, which saves your staff the conversation about a program that closed two weeks ago.

What the page does for you

It is the only part of Ligue your prospective members see before they join, so it has one job.

Answers the first question

What you run, for which ages, on what dates, at what price — the four things every enquiry asks, without an email exchange.

Converts on a phone

Most parents find you on a phone at an awkward moment. The page is built to take them from reading to registered before they put it down.

Fills the right programs

Full programs show as full and take a waitlist instead of a sign-up, so you are not unwinding an over-subscribed division later.

Feeds your season

A sign-up from the page arrives inside your organization already in the right program, already paid and ready to be placed on a team.

Landing pages: common questions

Do I need my own website as well? +

Not for registration. Many organizations keep a website for news and history and use the Ligue page as the place where programs are listed and sign-ups actually happen.

Can families register directly from the page? +

Yes — that is the point of it. The form, the waiver and the payment are on the page, so a parent goes from reading to registered without leaving it.

Can I control when the page is live? +

Yes. Open it when registration opens and close a program when it fills or its deadline passes, so families only see what is genuinely available.

Can I show different programs to different age groups? +

Yes. Each program carries its own age group, dates and price, so a family sees what applies to their athlete rather than a single undifferentiated list.

What happens when a program is full? +

It shows as full and can take a waitlist instead of a registration, which is considerably easier than removing four extra players from a roster later.

Where do the sign-ups go? +

Straight into your organization — sorted into the right season, program and division, with the fee already collected and the waiver already on file.
