Run tournaments
that run themselves

A tournament is a league compressed into a weekend, which means every mistake costs you an hour you do not have. Ligue takes the team entries and the money up front, seeds the bracket, schedules across every venue you are using, and advances the draw as results land — so the organizer spends Saturday running the event instead of redrawing it.

Everything a tournament needs

Team registration & check-in

Register whole teams rather than individuals, take a deposit or the full entry fee to hold a place, and close entry on a deadline. Accepted teams flow straight into the draw without being retyped, and on the day a scan checks a squad in rather than a clipboard at the gate.

Bracket automation

Seed a bracket from your standings or set it by hand, run pools that qualify teams into a knockout, and let winners advance as games go final. The next round is posted while teams are still packing up rather than that evening once somebody has worked it out.

Live results & standings

Score every game as it happens and the results, the pool tables and the bracket all update from one entry. Families at another venue, or at home, see the same picture as the people standing at the pitch.

Multi-venue scheduling

Lay a multi-day event out across several venues with rounds, time slots and officials assigned, and publish the running order so a team knows which pitch they are on at two o’clock. When a game slips, the change reaches everyone affected at once.

What a tournament weekend actually demands

The software is judged in about four moments, and all of them happen on the day.

Gate check-in at 8am

Forty squads arriving inside half an hour. A scan gets them in and tells the organizer who has actually turned up, which is the question that decides whether round one starts on time.

A no-show in pool play

One team does not arrive and the pool maths changes. Record the forfeit and the table and the qualification picture recalculate rather than being redrawn on a whiteboard.

Parents at the wrong pitch

A published running order in the app, with changes pushed as they happen, is worth more than any number of laminated schedules taped to a fence.

Entry money before the draw

Knowing which entries are actually paid before you build the bracket is the difference between a tournament and a guess.

Running a tournament: common questions

Can teams register as a whole squad? +

Yes. Tournaments take team entries rather than individual sign-ups, with a deposit or the full fee collected to hold the place, and accepted teams flow straight into the draw.

Can I run pools that feed a bracket? +

Yes. Pool play qualifies teams into a knockout inside the same competition, seeded from the pool tables or set by hand, with the bracket advancing as games go final.

How do teams check in on the day? +

With a scan. A phone at the gate reads each squad’s code and the arrival is recorded, so the organizer can see who is on site rather than working through a paper list.

Can I schedule across several venues? +

Yes. A multi-day event can run across as many venues as you need, each with its own time slots and officials, all reading from one running order.

What happens when a team forfeits? +

Record it and the pool table and qualification picture recalculate from the result rather than being redrawn by hand.

Can people follow the tournament remotely? +

Yes. Live scores, pool tables and the bracket are in the app for everyone following the event, and you can broadcast games to families and out to YouTube at the same time.
