Build the schedule once. Keep it in sync.

Lay your season out in one place and keep every team, venue and family looking at the same calendar. You set the games, practices and sessions; Ligue keeps them in sync across the web dashboard and the app, and when something moves — as it always does — the change reaches everyone affected without a round of phone calls.

How Schedule Manager works

Schedule Manager

Schedule Manager is where the season is laid out: fixtures, practices, camp sessions and one-off events across every division you run. Work by week or by team, see the whole organization at once or narrow to a single squad, and build the calendar the way your season actually works rather than fitting it to a fixed template.

Venue & time management

Fields, courts, rinks and gyms are finite, and double-booking one is the fastest way to lose a Saturday. Assign a venue and a time to every event, see what each location is carrying, and spot the clash while you are still building rather than when two teams arrive at the same field.

Changes that reach everyone

A schedule change is only useful if people hear about it. Move a game and the new time appears in the app for the teams involved, and you can push an announcement with it so parents, coaches and officials all get the same message at the same moment. No group text, no stale PDF on a website.

What you schedule in Ligue

League fixtures are only part of a season. Everything that puts people in a place at a time belongs on the same calendar.

League fixtures

Set the games for each division with their venue, time and officials. When a fixture is played, the result carries into the standings from the same record.

Practices & training

Put regular training on the calendar per team so families plan around it, and take attendance against the session when it happens.

Tournaments

Schedule Manager: common questions

Does Ligue build the schedule for me? +

No — you build it. Schedule Manager is the place to lay the season out and keep it in sync, but the fixtures, times and venues are your decisions. What it removes is the work of distributing and updating the schedule after you have made them.

What happens when a game is postponed? +

Change the time or date on the fixture and the app updates for the teams involved straight away. You can send an announcement alongside it so families get an explicit notice rather than having to check.

Can I schedule practices as well as games? +

Yes. Practices, training sessions, camp blocks and one-off events all sit on the same calendar as fixtures, so a family sees everything their athlete is expected at in one place.

How do venues work? +

Each event is assigned a location and a time slot, and you can see what every venue is carrying. That makes a double-booking visible while you are building the schedule instead of on the morning it matters.

Do coaches and parents see the same calendar? +

They see the same underlying schedule, filtered to what is relevant to them. A parent sees their athlete’s teams, a coach sees the teams they are assigned to, and the organization sees everything.

Does the schedule connect to scoring and standings? +

It does. A scheduled fixture is the game the scorekeeper opens, and its result feeds the standings and the team’s record without being entered a second time.
