Pickleball grows faster than the systems clubs use to run it — open play one night, a 3.5 ladder the next, a round robin at the weekend, and eight courts to rotate people through. Ligue handles the sign-ups, the session slots, the ratings and the game scores in one place, so organizing a night stops being a whiteboard and a group text.
Take sign-ups for leagues, ladders, open play sessions and clinics with a form that captures the skill rating and the age bracket you actually sort people by. Players register and pay in one sitting, and a session that fills up shows as full instead of quietly taking a ninth pair.
Score games as they finish — best of three to eleven, win by two — and let the ladder move itself. Game scores, win streaks and head-to-head records build from the results you enter courtside, so the standings on Wednesday morning are already right without anybody updating a spreadsheet.
Collect membership dues, session fees and tournament entries by card, ACH or Apple Pay. Charge per drop-in night or sell a block of sessions up front, and see what has been collected against each programme rather than counting cash at the desk.
Message the people in tonight’s session rather than the whole club, tell a ladder division when the rotation changes, and keep organizer access separate from player access. Every adult running sessions or coaching juniors can be background-checked from the same staff record.
Run pickleball leagues, tournaments, camps, clinics, academies, and clubs — all from the same platform.
Open play, ladders and round robins are different shapes and Ligue runs all three. A ladder that moves on results, a round robin where everybody plays everybody, or a drop-in night with rotating partners — each keeps its own entry rules, scoring and standings inside the same club.
Sort players by DUPR-style skill rating and by age bracket so a 3.0 is not drawn against a 4.5 on their first night. Divisions carry their own entry requirements, and a player whose rating moves during a season moves with it rather than being stuck where they started.
Eight courts and forty players is a rotation problem. Schedule session slots per court, publish the rotation so people know when they are on, and change it once when a court goes out of service — with everyone booked into that session told immediately.
Games, points, win percentage and head-to-head records build from the scores you enter, so a ladder position is something a player can see the reasoning behind. Season histories carry across, which matters in a sport where most players are tracking their own improvement week to week.
Yes. Enter game scores as matches finish and the ladder reorders itself from the results, with win streaks and head-to-head records built from the same entry.
It does. Players carry a skill rating and an age bracket, and divisions can require a rating band, so a 3.0 night and a 4.5 night stay separate.
Yes. Sessions have their own capacity and fee, so you can sell a drop-in night, a block of sessions, or a full-season membership, and a full night shows as full.
Schedule session slots per court and publish the rotation. If a court goes out of service, change it once and everyone booked into that session is told.
Yes — card, ACH and Apple Pay, for dues, session fees and tournament entries, all landing in the same reporting as everything else the club collects.
Yes. Round robins, ladders and knockout brackets all run inside the same club, each with its own entry rules, scoring and standings.
