Most softball organizations are really two organizations wearing one name — a fastpitch programme with tournament weekends and college aspirations, and a slowpitch programme that exists to be enjoyable on a Wednesday evening. Ligue runs both inside one club, with their own fees, divisions, schedules and standings, and a line score that builds the season stats as you go.
Register fastpitch and slowpitch players with separate forms and separate fees, capturing date of birth for the age division, preferred position and the consents a season requires. One family account can carry a 12U fastpitch daughter and an adult slowpitch parent without either getting the other’s emails.
Score the game and the line score, batting lines, pitching lines and standings all build from the same entry. Hits, runs, RBIs, strikeouts, walks and earned runs are recorded as they happen rather than transcribed from a book afterwards.
Collect registration, uniform and tournament entry fees by card, ACH or Apple Pay, with instalments across the season. Tournament weekends can be invoiced per athlete so the travelling squad is settled before you leave rather than chased afterwards.
Message one team about a field change rather than the whole club, keep coach access separate from parent access, and background-check every adult around junior softball from the same staff record.
Run softball leagues, tournaments, camps, clinics, academies, and clubs — all from the same platform.
Fastpitch and slowpitch side by side means different rules, different pitching, different age bands and often different fields. Each runs as its own programme with its own registration and standings, so neither is squeezed into the other’s structure.
10U through 18U divisions are decided by the date of birth collected at registration, so an athlete in the wrong band shows up before the season rather than at a tournament gate asking for proof of age.
Tournament weekends are a different kind of scheduling problem — several games a day across several fields, pool play into a bracket, and a running order everyone needs. Lay it out once and the schedule, the results and the bracket all read from the same fixtures.
Hits, runs, RBIs and batting average build from the games you scored, and they attach to the athlete rather than the roster — so a player’s record carries across seasons and between fastpitch and slowpitch without being rebuilt.
Yes. Each is its own programme inside one organization with its own rules, fees, age bands, schedule and standings, so neither has to be forced into the other’s structure.
By the date of birth collected at registration, checked against the age banding your league uses, so an athlete in the wrong division is visible before the season rather than at a gate.
Yes. The line score you record produces batting averages, RBIs, ERA, strikeouts and walks, and those attach to the athlete so they carry across seasons.

Yes. Tournament entries can be invoiced per athlete alongside the season registration, and tracked to paid rather than collected in cash at the field.
Yes. The live score is in the app, and you can broadcast the game itself to families and out to YouTube or Vimeo at the same time.
