Track and field is many competitions happening at once — sprints on the track, a long jump runway, a shot circle, and relays that need four athletes in the right place at the right time. Ligue takes the entries, enforces event limits, builds heats and flights, and records marks and personal bests so a meet produces a result rather than a pile of clipboards.
Register athletes with their age group and the events they compete in, and let the entry rules do the checking — event limits per athlete, age-group eligibility and the qualifying standards a meet sets. One form covers a club season and the meets inside it.
Record marks and times as events finish — track times with reaction, field distances and heights round by round — and the results, the team score and the personal bests build from the same entry. Nobody is transcribing a field card into a spreadsheet at the end of the day.
Collect club membership, meet entry fees and kit payments by card, ACH or Apple Pay. Entry fees can be charged per event, so an athlete entering three events and a relay is billed correctly without anyone totalling it up by hand.
Message a training group about a session change, tell one age group their entries close Friday, and keep coach access separate from parent access. Every coach and official around junior athletes can be background-checked from the same staff record.
Run track and field meets, leagues, camps, clinics, academies, and clubs — all from the same platform.
Meets, entries and event limits are the administrative spine of the season. Open entries, close them on a deadline, and cap how many events an athlete can enter — so the timetable you build is one the athletes can physically compete in.
Age groups and event divisions decide who competes against whom, and some events are age-restricted for good reason. Those rules sit on the entry rather than in a volunteer’s head, so an under-14 entering a senior implement is caught before the programme is printed.
Heats, flights and relays have to be laid out across a timetable that runs two or three things at once. Seed heats from entry times, order field flights, and publish the timetable so athletes know when to report rather than asking at the tent.
Marks, personal bests and club records build from the results you record, so an athlete’s progression is visible across a season and across years. A club record broken on a Saturday is recognised from the same entry that produced the result.
Yes. Track times with reaction, and field distances and heights round by round, are recorded in the same meet, and the team score builds from both.
It does. You can cap how many events an athlete enters, and age-group and qualifying rules are checked on entry rather than discovered when the programme is printed.
Heats can be seeded from entry times and field flights ordered, then published as a timetable so athletes know when to report.
Yes. An athlete entering three events and a relay is billed for each, so nobody is totalling entries by hand before invoicing a family.
Yes. Marks and times attach to the athlete, so personal bests and progression build across a season and across years.
Yes. Relay teams are entered and scored alongside individual events, and the athletes in them are drawn from the same club records.
