A cheer programme is squads, levels, gym time and a competition season that all have to be placed correctly — and a routine score that arrives from a judging panel rather than a scoreboard. Ligue holds the placements, the practice blocks, the competition weekends and the panel scores together, so the season runs on one calendar and one set of records.
Take sign-ups and run placements with a form that captures what a programme places on — age, level, tumbling skills, stunt position and the consent and medical details the sport requires. Tryout results feed placement, so a squad list is built from the evaluation rather than from a notebook.
Record routine scores as a panel returns them — difficulty, execution, performance and deductions — and let the final score and the division standings build from those components. A team can see where the score came from rather than just where they finished.
Collect programme fees, competition entries, uniform and choreography costs by card, ACH or Apple Pay, with instalments across a long and expensive season. Uniform and travel costs can be invoiced per athlete and tracked to paid rather than collected in envelopes.
Message one squad about a practice change, tell a competition squad their call time, and keep coach access separate from parent access. Every coach and gym volunteer working with athletes can be background-checked from the same staff record.
Run cheer squads, competitions, camps, clinics, academies, and gyms — all from the same platform.
Squads, levels and placements are the structure everything else hangs on. Run several squads at different levels inside one programme, place athletes from tryouts, and move someone up a level mid-season without losing their history or rebuilding the roster.
Gym time is the scarcest thing a programme has. Schedule practice blocks per squad against the mats and hours you actually have, see what each block is carrying, and avoid the clash that leaves two squads sharing a floor on a Tuesday.
A competition weekend is travel, call times, warm-up slots and performance order for several squads at once. Put it all on the same calendar, send the call times to the squads they apply to, and take attendance so you know who is on the bus.
Routine scores and placements build a season record per squad, so progress across a competition season is visible rather than remembered. Component scores are kept alongside the final, which is what a coach actually works from when preparing for the next event.
Yes. Panel scores are recorded by component — difficulty, execution, performance and deductions — and the final score and division standings build from them.
It does. Tryout evaluations feed placement, so squad lists are built from the evaluation rather than assembled separately afterwards.
Yes. Squads at different levels sit inside one programme, and an athlete moving up mid-season keeps their record rather than being re-entered.
Practice blocks are scheduled per squad against the mats and hours you have, so a clash is visible while you are building the timetable rather than on the night.
Yes. Uniform, choreography and travel costs can be invoiced per athlete alongside programme fees, with instalments across the season and a clear outstanding list.
Call times, warm-up slots and performance order go on the same calendar, sent to the squads they apply to, with attendance taken so you know who travelled.
