A martial arts school is a subscription business with a grading calendar attached. Recurring dues, class attendance, belt progression and the occasional tournament all have to line up — and attendance is not just a register, it is the evidence a student is ready to grade. Ligue keeps the dues, the classes, the ranks and the divisions in one place.
Enrol students into classes and terms with a form that captures what a school needs — age, current rank, discipline, medical notes and the consent a contact art requires. Trial students, full members and a family with three children on different nights all sit in the same system.
Run tournament divisions and score them properly — brackets by age, belt and weight, with results advancing as bouts are decided. An in-house grading day and an open tournament are both events your school can run without exporting anybody into a separate tool.
Recurring monthly dues are the point, so they run on a schedule rather than being chased. Collect by card, ACH or Apple Pay, add grading fees, gradings kit or seminar charges as invoices, and see which memberships are current and which lapsed this month.
Message a class rather than the whole school, tell one belt group their grading date moved, and keep instructor access separate from parent access. Every instructor and assistant working with children can be background-checked from the same staff record.
Run martial arts classes, gradings, tournaments, camps, clinics, and academies — all from the same platform.
Classes, terms and recurring dues are the shape of the business. Schedule a weekly timetable across mats and instructors, enrol students into the classes they actually attend, and let a term roll into the next without rebuilding the timetable each time.
Belt ranks and promotion testing sit on the student record with the attendance behind them. You can see who has the sessions to be eligible for the next grade, who is short, and who is ready for a panel review — rather than reconstructing it from a paper register the week before.
Tournament divisions are built from age, belt and weight, which is three eligibility rules at once. Set them per division, let entries be checked against the student record, and seed the bracket from the entries rather than sorting envelopes on the morning.
Attendance is the progress record. Take it per class on a phone, and a student’s history shows the sessions behind every promotion — useful for the grading panel, for a parent asking whether their child is on track, and for spotting the student who has quietly stopped coming.
Yes. Memberships run on a schedule by card, ACH or Apple Pay, and you can see which are current and which lapsed this month rather than chasing them individually.
It does. Rank sits on the student record with the class attendance behind it, so you can see who has the sessions to be eligible for the next grade and who is short.
Yes. Divisions can combine age, belt and weight, entries are checked against the student record, and the bracket is seeded from the entries.
On a phone at the class, against the enrolled students. The history builds automatically and is what a grading panel and a parent both end up asking about.
Yes. One family account can carry several students on different nights and at different ranks, with payment history kept together rather than split across logins.
Yes. A trial can be enrolled into a class without a full membership, and converted when they join rather than being re-entered from scratch.
Open enrolment for your next term in minutes, or book a walkthrough and we'll set it up around your class schedule and grading calendar.
