Publish a program in the morning and take paid sign-ups by the afternoon — no third-party form, no spreadsheet to reconcile afterwards. You build the form your programs actually need, publish it to a page parents can reach from their phone, and every completed sign-up lands in your organization already sorted into the right season, division and team.
Build the form around your programs, not around someone else’s template. Add the fields you need — date of birth, division, jersey size, emergency contact, medical notes — make the ones that matter required, and attach the waiver families have to accept before they can finish. Duplicate last season’s form when the new one opens.
Families register and pay in the same flow. They fill in the form, accept the waiver, and check out by card, ACH or Apple Pay — or split the fee into instalments if you offer a plan. Nobody has to mail a cheque, and you are not chasing a payment that arrived two weeks after the roster closed.
A completed registration is not a row in a list you still have to process. The athlete arrives inside your organization with their division and program already set, ready to be placed on a team, and their waiver and documents already on file — so the roster, the eligibility check and the finance report all move at once.
The same form runs a spring league, a one-weekend tournament and a summer camp — what changes is the fee, the dates and the questions you ask.
Open a season with a division on each program, a capacity per division and a waitlist once it fills. Parents see what is still open before they start, and you stop taking sign-ups for a team that is already full.
Register whole teams instead of individuals, take a deposit to hold a spot and close entry on a deadline. The accepted teams flow straight into your bracket without being retyped.
Short programs need a short form. Run a one-week camp or a Saturday clinic with its own dates, age group and price, and reuse it the next time it runs.
Collect the sign-up, the fee and the evaluation details in one place, then place athletes onto teams from the same screen once you have seen them play.
No. Registration is part of Ligue, so the sign-up form, the payment, the waiver and the roster are the same system. You are not exporting a spreadsheet out of one tool to import it into another.
Yes, if you offer it. You can set a payment plan on a program so families pay a deposit up front and the balance over a schedule you choose, and you can see exactly what has been collected and what is still outstanding.
You can. Attach a waiver that has to be accepted before the form can be submitted, and add fields for allergies, medications and emergency contacts. Those answers stay with the athlete and are visible to the staff you have given access to.
You set a capacity per program or division. Once it is reached, new sign-ups go onto a waitlist instead of onto the roster, so you never discover on the first weekend that a team has four extra players.
Yes. A parent registers each athlete under the same account and checks out once, and every family’s payment history stays together rather than being split across separate logins.
Into your organization’s account. Fees are collected at checkout, appear immediately in your transactions and roll into your financial reports, so the revenue side of registration is closed the moment a family finishes the form.
Register in minutes, or book a walkthrough and we'll tailor it to the way you already run things.
