Each sport you run is one subscription. Everything inside that sport — age groups, divisions, teams, seasons, staff accounts — is included.

Card, ACH and Apple Pay payments carry the payment processor’s standard transaction cost. Your organization chooses whether to absorb that cost or add it at checkout so the family covers it — and many organizations pass it on, which keeps the platform close to cost-neutral against the fees they were already paying a third-party registration tool.
There is no module to unlock and no tier that holds back the thing you actually needed. The per-sport price is the whole platform.
Each sport your organization runs is one $100 monthly subscription. A club running only soccer pays $100 a month; a club running soccer, basketball and volleyball pays $300 a month. Age groups, divisions, teams and seasons inside a sport are all included at no extra cost.
No. The price is set by the number of sports you run, not the number of athletes in them. A soccer club with 80 players and a soccer club with 800 players pay the same $100 a month, so growing your programme does not increase your bill.
The whole platform. Registration, payments and payment plans, Schedule Manager, live scores, stats and box scores, standings and brackets, rosters, attendance, QR check-in, documents, messaging, announcements, roles and permissions, invoices, financial reports, landing pages and the team store.
