Account recovery
Because Ligue uses passwordless authentication, recovery is simple.
- Account recovery is handled via email verification.
- There are no password reset flows.
- OAuth providers (Google or Apple) manage recovery externally.
Unsupported authentication methods
The following are explicitly not supported:
- Username and password login.
- Shared accounts.
- Anonymous access to private Organizations.
Common error scenarios
- Invalid or expired OTP — request a new code and try again.
- OAuth sign-in cancelled — restart the Google or Apple flow.
- Rate limit reached — wait a few minutes before requesting another code.
