LeagueApps prices as a percentage of every online payment you take, with a one-time setup fee and optional add-ons billed annually — and the rate itself is quoted rather than published. Ligue is $100 per sport, per month, stated on our pricing page, with nothing taken out of your registration revenue.

Neither model is universally better. Which one costs you less depends on a number only you know.
If your organization collects very little online — a small club, a single short season, mostly cash or cheque — then a share of a small number is a small number. Paying nothing until you earn is genuinely attractive at that size, and LeagueApps makes that argument well.
The moment your registration revenue is substantial, a percentage becomes one of your larger line items — and it rises every year you grow. A flat $100 per sport per month is $1,200 a year whether you collect $20,000 or $400,000. Work out what a percentage of your actual registration income would be and the comparison answers itself.
LeagueApps does not publish its transaction percentage, so the only honest way to compare is to ask them for the rate and apply it to your own registration income. We would rather you did that than take our word for it — our number is already on the pricing page.
Both are built for organizations rather than single teams, so this comes down to pricing shape and what you need included.
They do not publish a figure. Their pricing page describes a percentage of each online transaction plus a one-time setup fee, with optional add-ons billed annually, and directs you to request a quote for the rate.
No. Ligue charges $100 per sport per month. Card, ACH and Apple Pay payments carry the payment processor’s own transaction cost, which your organization can absorb or pass to families at checkout, but Ligue does not take a share of what you collect.
It depends on how much you collect online. Ask LeagueApps for their rate, apply it to a year of your registration income, and compare it with $1,200 per sport per year. Below the crossover a percentage wins; above it a flat fee does.
Yes. Organizations move to Ligue mid-season as well as between seasons, and Enterprise includes migration support. What is possible depends partly on what you can export from your current platform.
No. The $100 per sport per month is the price.
